According to an online guide, dogs are allowed at this beach. So we decided to bring our Golden Retriever along. Parking costs 2 euros per hour. I would suggest biking there if possible. There are a couple of beach bars and restaurants near the parking lot, as well as sun chairs available for rent. We took a quick swim with our dog until a lifeguard informed us that dogs are only allowed at the ends of the beach. We understood and left. The beach is quite long and was busy on a Saturday at 1pm, but we still enjoyed our time there. Just make sure to clarify where dogs are allowed before visiting.
Wow, this beach in Tuscany, Italy is absolutely stunning.
Rent a bike and take a ride to discover some truly stunning beaches. It's definitely worth the cycling effort.
The beach is beautiful with a long stretch of sandy shoreline. It was peaceful to take a morning walk, but it got crowded later in the day, even for late June. I found a nice spot on a hill with a breeze to hang my hammock and enjoyed watching the bustling beach below.
The beach is stunning with a vast stretch of sandy shoreline. The water and sand are of excellent quality. Occasionally, there may be debris from trees and algae, but clean spots can be found with a short walk. Parasols and beach chairs are available for an additional fee. This popular public beach gets crowded, so it's recommended to arrive early.
