Akumal bay beach

The Conrad is a stunning property with an elegant and alluring atmosphere. The rooms were beautifully furnished and impeccably clean. There are several spots to relax, such as the 5 pools and the beach section. The staff was exceptional, especially Rodrigo. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel like we were at home. We can't wait to see him again when we come back.

This hotel and resort is definitely one of the best we've ever stayed at. The service was fantastic, the resort was beautiful, and everything was wonderful. The private beaches and pools were very clean, with plenty of towels, benches, and sun shades, and offered beautiful views. The rooms were incredibly spacious and roomy. While there weren't as many amenities as other 5-star places we've stayed at (only a few drinks and snacks in the fridge, no brush/comb/mouthwash), it didn't bother us because all the basic necessities were provided in the room. The beds were very comfortable and the balcony had seats and a private tub. Although you might hear some people walking by and doors closing because the rooms are connected to the outside, the rooms themselves are pretty soundproof and we barely heard our neighbors (unless they were outside). The restaurants were delicious and of very high quality. The breakfast and the crudo bar were particularly great. We highly recommend this place and we'll definitely be back!

This resort is a must-visit! It was so difficult to leave because the service and facilities were absolutely perfect. And trust me, I'm not easily satisfied. There was always someone available to assist you, from helping with your car to welcoming you with a refreshing drink and taking care of your belongings. This level of support was consistent throughout my stay. The food and drinks were incredible, and the spa was a true treat.

This beach is incredibly beautiful and stunning. The staff here are extremely attentive and genuinely friendly. The rooms are impeccably clean and very comfortable. They offer six pools and a beachfront area where you can relax and soak up the sun. It's a tranquil spot that isn't overly crowded. If you're looking for a place to unwind, this is definitely the best choice, especially for couples. The restaurants here are also quite impressive. I can't express enough how wonderful this place is.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! The room we had was exceptional and the staff provided superb service. They really went above and beyond to fulfill our every request, ensuring that my husband and I had an incredible time. Additionally, the beach is more secluded, which made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The hotel wasn't overly crowded during our visit, allowing us to fully appreciate all the amenities they had to offer. The staff was also very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and provided excellent recommendations for places to visit outside of the hotel. We must give a special shoutout to Jaimie, their travel agent, who organized an amazing excursion trip for us to explore Tulum at its best. We had an absolute blast!
