This hotel is situated in a stylish and beautiful area, but it is far from the city with no shopping centers or attractions nearby. However, the surroundings are peaceful and lovely. If you prefer shopping and bustling places, this hotel is not in the city center. Turgutreis is a 45-minute bus ride from Bodrum center, and from there, you need to take a 20-minute taxi ride to reach the hotel. The road is dark at night, so it's not advisable to leave the hotel after dark. The hotel boasts a beautiful and tranquil garden where you can fall asleep to the soothing sounds of owls at night and wake up to the chirping of birds in the morning. The property features lovely trees, artificial flowers, a private beach, and clean pools. The rooms are modern, stylish, and clean, with decor that surpasses the photos. It appears that the rooms have been recently renovated. The hotel staff, especially Rashid and Dugol, are attentive and well-trained to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. The food is excellent and diverse, and the staff can prepare any drink you desire. There are coffee machines throughout the hotel. In conclusion, if you are seeking peace and a hotel with great value for its services and amenities, this hotel is a fantastic choice.
My family and I stayed at this hotel in July 2023. We booked our holiday through Thomas Cook. None of us had been to Turkey before, so we wanted to share our experience to help others. Here are some quick points if you're short on time: - Avoid booking excursions at the hotel, especially with someone named Carlos. - The food is not as bad as some reviews suggest, but it can be repetitive. - Some staff members can be inappropriate, and housekeepers may help themselves to your belongings. - Bell boys may try to sell you a SIM card and expect a tip for simple tasks. You can politely decline. - The quality of the rooms varies, as we were spread across 5 rooms. - Traffic in Bodrum can be heavy, so transfers may take longer during peak times. Outside the hotel, there is a bus stop to Bodrum town and another to Turgutreis, which is cheaper. The town has nice shops and boat trips. The hotel offers entertainment and games, with Wi-Fi available for £2 a day. Some staff members stood out positively, including Marwin, Kaan, Hanifi, Emurlah, and "boss man." Overall, our experience was better than expected, but I personally wouldn't return.
The hotel was awful, with dirty rooms and pools, long lines for food, and limited options if you don't eat early. I would not recommend it and will not be returning.
The beach was very welcoming and had great service and staff. However, there are a couple of things to note. Firstly, be cautious of the tour leaders who may not always be trustworthy. There is a man named Michael who takes people out, especially those who don't speak Turkish, to nice places for a fee. However, he may deceive you and not refund your money. Additionally, he has been reported for inappropriate behavior. Secondly, there is no WIFI in the hotel rooms, only in the lobby which is weak. Despite these issues, the overall experience was satisfactory.
Positive aspects: The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, offering beautiful pools. The staff is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your satisfaction. Don't hesitate to make any requests, as they will do their best to accommodate you. I highly recommend trying their affordable and enjoyable spa services. The beach is stunning, so be sure to capture plenty of photos. Negative aspects: Unfortunately, the room was too small and the foldable seat for the third person was uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Another issue was the chair blocking access to the mini-bar, causing inconvenience. The room cleanliness was lacking and the dishes in the restaurant were not properly cleaned. The quality of the food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was below average. I recommend avoiding the meatball dishes, especially the hamburgers near the beach. Additionally, there was ongoing construction near the hotel, with noisy machinery causing disruptions. The overall condition of the hotel is quite dated.
