A great place. The sunbeds are about €10 euros each. We spent the full day here: two beds, many drinks, and food for the day was about €100 between us. Excellent value! The staff are super friendly and welcoming and we were very well looked after….particularly as they helped us jump start our hire car that died on us. The beach is beautiful and peaceful, would highly recommend.
Great place for a gettaway. This place was super welcoming, cozy, with excellent service, lounge music in the background. The beach has a lot of pebbles, so next time I will bring water-shoes to make it easier. The experience was only hampered by a group of US tourists who sat a few chairs next to us and who - as usual - started talking/screaming at their usual high pitch volume and disturbing the vibe...
The bar is the only bar on this beach and it was stunning. Really modern with several options. The restaurant, the veranda or the sun beds which were between 10 and 20 euro for two super comfy beds and umbrella. We spent most the day there and could have stayed forever. Our car’s battery was dead as we were leaving and one of the staff used his jump cables to get us on our way. Great help and hospitality. We will be back.
We read a lot of positive reviews on Google so we decided to give it a try. Thank God we came here. Without doubt Theros Wave Bar is located on the best beach of Santorini. The public buses don't go here. We came by a taxi. Once we left the main road it looked like lunar landscape till we reached the stunning beach bar. The sunbed was for 10 euro. They were serving the drinks on beach from top bar. The ambiance of beach was classy and quieter than other beaches. For lunch we went upstairs in the restaurant. The view from top was still better. We had potato wedges and veg risotto with vodka tonic. The music was lively and atmosphere vibrant. The service was very efficient and polite. it was little expensive but value for money. They called a taxi for us to go back to Fira which costs about 25/30 euro. A beach bar not to be missed in Santorini !! A hidden gem...
The location is very difficult to get to, and is far off of the public bus lines. A taxi from Fera is about €45 one way. Overall, we found the service to be lacking, and the experience not worth the trouble of getting there. As far as an umbrella rental goes on the beach, it’s about standard, but other beach clubs include the umbrella with a per person minimum. It took over 30 minutes to get water. We ordered two cocktails, which were tasty, but quite pricey, on an already expensive island. We were really excited to go, but after visiting, this is something that we could’ve skipped.
