Amazing place! Great accommodation, awesome food and just the best service team ever! Each of the team member was so nice, caring about us so attentively and we really felt like at home, they really making vibe there🫶 We are leaving so happy! Thanks for owners for creating such an amazing oasis in Gili Air with high standards of hospitality and for whole team for being just the best with guests❤️ We definitely will be back!

I spent 5 nights on Gili Air and ate at Mowies 5 or 6 times, it is that good. First off one of the best places to watch the sunset. I did try a couple other places and they were not even close to as good as it is here. Huge fan of the Hummus and sourdough bread!! Bali the manager and his staff took great care of me. I even asked Bali for cucumbers for the hummus and he brought me a plate. I also had breakfast and lunch here. All the food was excellent. Thank you Bali for the great service!!! I look forward to coming back!!! brian

We had the absolute best stay at Mowie‘s during our honeymoon. Not only that it is one of the most peaceful places ever visited, right at the ocean front with sundown view… This place comes along with a perfect restaurant and kitchen chef, absolutely everything was delicious, the salads, tuna tartar etc (everything fresh and clean!) Mixing menus from breakfast to dinner throughout out the day wanna let you explore everything! Also the cocktails are out of this world. All of this is topped with outstanding service and the super kind people, a real kind team having an eye on every detail and providing you the perfect customer experience. Thank you guys!

We dined here twice during our stay on Gili Air, visiting on both nights. Despite the restaurant being consistently crowded with all tables occupied, the service remained prompt and efficient. On both occasions, we encountered an issue where certain dishes listed on the menu were unavailable, with different items sold out each night. While this was a bit disappointing, the menu still offered a sufficient variety of options to choose from, so we never felt at a loss for choice. This situation highlights a common challenge on a small island like Gili Air: restocking supplies isn't as straightforward or swift as it might be on the mainland. Limited access to resources and the logistical hurdles of transporting goods to the island can lead to occasional shortages. However, the restaurant manages this well by maintaining a diverse menu, ensuring that even with some items sold out, diners can still find something appealing to order. Overall, our experience was positive. The bustling atmosphere added to the charm of the place, and the staff's ability to provide quick service in a full house was commendable. The minor inconvenience of unavailable dishes was easily outweighed by the quality of the food and the efficient, friendly service.

The fact that google has this as a 3 star hotel is absurd. 5 stars for sure! We are staying here for 2 nights and I don’t have anything negative to say. The rooms are spotless, food is great and some amazing cocktails and views. We were looking simply for a place to relax at the end of a 2 week trip and this little paradise was a great find. We are here during Ramadan, and can only hear the calls to prayer from inside our bathroom. No issues with noise when trying to sleep. Service here is top of the line, and everyone is very respectful! Would recommend!
