Just incredible! The service is exceptional. This hotel delivers on the small things . Pool side service, perfect breakfast and the most amazing spa. The history of this place is everywhere, old school service with a perfect smile . If your thinking about booking it just do it . 🙏

My stay at One&Only Palmilla was beyond amazing! Seriously, from the moment I arrived, Lulu from the host team made me feel like royalty. She had this knack for anticipating everything I needed before I even realized it myself. Her warm smile and attention to detail made my stay truly unforgettable. And let's talk about the Kidzonly Kids Club—it was a game-changer for my family. My kids absolutely loved it! They had so much fun with the activities and the staff there were incredible. I felt completely at ease knowing they were having a blast in such a safe and enriching environment. Oh, and the resort itself? Pure paradise. The views of the Sea were breathtaking, especially from the infinity pools. And don't even get me started on the food—every meal was a culinary delight. One&Only Palmilla really knows how to blend luxury with that laid-back Cabo vibe. Overall, my stay was a perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and incredible hospitality. I can't wait to go back and experience it all over again!

This hotel is lovely. There is no where else in Cabo where your room will have such a great ocean view and ocean wave noises. With the aim of helping others, we have stayed at all of the 5 star resorts in cabo with swimmable beaches. While they are all great (and all have pros and cons), what I love about this one is the beach. Playa Palmilla is like a swimming pool with fish inside it. I simply love swimming here. You can SUP/kayak for quite a ways if you wish. I also like that the beach here is less crowded than those closer to Cabo San Lucas - San Jose is just a lot more mellow. Our butler Isaac was super helpful and nice. I had a shoe break and it was fixed for me within a day. He was also super helpful for our son who was nursing a previous foot injury. We have been visiting this hotel for 10 years and it was really special that a few of the employees remembered us and our son (who is now a teenager). Only suggestion - I don't love the dinner options as much as I used to. Aqua is not special like it used to be - the menu isn't unique and it's typical resort fare. The other options are inside and one is steak. The new Japanese place looks amazing, but it sounded like more food than we wanted for this particular visit. Please make Aqua cool for dinner again. Also, the Augua lunch menu needs some basic veggie tacos on the menu (they made them for me upon request; FYI I come to Mexico for tacos). Breakfast menu was great and much improved over past years. Evening room snacks were great! Also, a special thanks to the lifeguards who probably do not get the thanks they deserve. They are nice guys who look out for all the people on the beach - guests and non-guests.

This resort is beautiful! The property is well maintained, the staff is very attentive and friendly. This is a luxury resort and the staff truly aims to please. A must for special occasions. You arrival is anticipated and are greeted by staff with a welcome drink a ritual blessing and a tour of the property via a golf cart. Your bags will meet you at your rooms and are handled by the bell hop/porter. Welcome gifts of hats, snacks and tequilla taste for gues. There are two pools (family and adults only). Property has a hammock area for longuing, endless landscaped gardens with benches to soak up the beauty. There is a swimmable beach and water equipment (paddle board, kayak, sand toys etc). The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. A Spanish modern decor, soaking tub and oprn shower concept. Rooms are provided with robes, slippers for all guests staying. Ironing service is complimentary for up to 4 clothing pieces, families with children 2 and under get complimentary laundry service. There is fresh fruit (apples, banana) served and replenished every morning. All checks in occurs in your room to give you a personalized experience of your room Towels are plenty as well as still water for drinking. The views are great regardless of garden vs ocean. Comfortable outdoor patio and balcony set up with lounge seating, tables, and umbrellas. Food is fresh and portions are just right. As with most resorts, food price a bit higher on property than out in the city areas but that's expected. There is a beverage station for fresh juice and coffee and lounging area This resort has everything you need on property- golf, fitness center, spa, boutique shops, kids club, a place for relaxation, tastings, private dinners list is endles! If you want to leave for excursions the hotel can always make these arrangements. This is a wonderful resort along with their staff. Highly recommend for those looking for deep relaxation, special occasions, luxury setting. We highly recommend this resort
