Nice hotel, good facilities and right on the beach. Staff were all amazing, friendly and efficient. My wife has coeliac and needs a gluten free diet which the kitchen accommodated effortlessly. Entertainment wasn't great but it was very early in the season. Food and drink all very good for an all inclusive. We would return here again
Burkinis allowed. Booked 2 nights with the family at the resort before noticing the no burkini rule on the website. Wanted to cancel the booking at the hotel but the reception told us it was an old rule and there was no issues with burkinis at the hotel. Reception was amazing, the people are lovely and welcoming, always with a smile on their faces. Manager Ali made sure to let us know he was always available for us everytime he saw us around. Room were clean and big, AC worked perfectly, shower had good pressure. Pool was big and clean, a deep side and a shallow side, water parks has close to no wait and my kids had a lot of fun. Paid Activities are affordable and lots of fun, don't be cheap and give them a try. El Fnarr coffee shop has amazing staff, good coffee/tea and good shisha at good prices. The beach had plenty of chairs available and was clean despite the sea algea season. Cannot comment on the food as I didn't take the all inclusive option for food and went to the nearby city for food. Weve had an amazing stay thanks to the friendly staff and clean premises.
A cheap 3-star hotel near the beach. For an honest review I should mention that: - the rooms are small and unpretentious but satisfying enough, even for a weeklong stay. - the greenery around the complex is well-maintained and creates a relaxing Mediterranean atmosphere. - the beach looks large but it's impossible to lounge without an umbrella because of the scorching sun. Hotel umbrellas are plainly not enough and seem to be occupied from 7 am all day-long. - the waterpark is nice and entertaining. - the main compromise is the food they offer: lots of different dishes but most are too oily, spicy or plain awful. For seven days we didn't have any normal salami, cheese (only heavily-processed), yogurt or croissants for breakfast. My girlfriend ended her stay with a painful stomachache because of something she'd eaten the day before the last day. - too far away from the medina of Hammamet and the neighbourhoud is extremely shabby. Always needs a taxi. Bottom line: could not recommend, find a better (and more expensive) place.
Hotel 3* exactly. Everything what u need it's there. Nice staff, nice enjoying, near sea. Clean room, comfortable bad. What's more for this price?! I recommend.
First of many: This place is disgusting. There was bird poop everywhere that my dog tried to eat even though he's allergic to bird poop which made me very stressed out. If this place was cleaned up, even a little bit, it would be just a bit nicer. but its not. unlucky. Second of many: My kids saw my dog try and eat the bird poop and they thought it would be funny to force feed me bird poop as well. I tried closing my mouth, but it got squishy. Looking back, it didn't taste as bad as I thought it would, considering it was bird poop. It honestly tasted like honey and chocolate pies. However, I would not recommend or want to experience this again. Third of many: My husband was sitting under a palm tree admiring the birds in the sky, when a coconut fell right next to him. He looked at the coconut and it was very hairy. Suddenly, one more falls down and hits his head. Currently, he is in a coma and is not projected to wake up ever again. Quite unfortunate for me. I want to pull his plug so I get money. Fifth of many: The ocean had a very bad view because the moon was out and it was high tide and I was scared to look at it. I thought that there could be a tsunami at any second because the waves were very high and they were taller than me, which is quite hard to do considering I am 4'6''. My husband was not hear to comfort me because he is dying of a coconut accident. My kids were too busy playing with my dog and the bird poop to be by my side, so I was all alone on the roof, being scared that the water was going to hit me. That is almost all. There are also many things that I will not elaborate on because it would not be appropriate for children under the age of 3. EDIT: i am now looking through the reviews and have now realized that it was not in fact bird poop that i ate. it was camel poop. maybe thats why it tasted a bit more delicious than the average poop that i've had. it is also important to point out that i love camel meat and might have killed a few while i was there.
