Strand des Highlight-Hotels

Location is to die for . Wonderful beach and water. The hotel looks great in pics but it’s not so nice and clean. Service really sucks. They speak almost no English and they don’t make effort. Beds are h comfortable and the bathrooms smell. The blood truer wasn’t working I kept having someone come to fix it a few times. The hotel could really have been 5 star if they made effort to upkeep. It’s a tourist spot and they didn’t even have a menu in English. Breakfast was bad too. Only thing great was waking up to amazing view.

I would give 0 star if i can ! Very bad staff, bad attitude, racist, unsafe, no security. They made fights with many of people i know. The staff assaulted and attacked them just because they are not Turkish !! And they threatened them if they would complained to police!! Such a shame. Gang style staff. Keep away from this place

I'm trying to give zero stars but not possible. What a terribly managed hotel. Couldn't believe how we were being treated. Check in was at 12. But room wasn't ready until 2.30. Then after booking and paying for the best room. They wanted to give us a standard room but not refund us any money. This was because they gave our room away to somebody else. The manager was so rude and the staff were all over the place. After they were refusing we decided to go to another hotel and had to fight with the manager for them to refund the money.

Worse hotel and spa! They owe us money and are ignoring us. They charged us for someone else's meal and drinks bill on our final invoice and refused to refund us and are now ignoring us. We have emailed multiple times and even shown proof that the receipt (which even shows someone else's signature) wasn't ours because we had had dinner at the marina that evening. We were happy for them to check cameras but they obviously realise it's their mistake now and are refusing to pay back. Theiving hotel and terrible customer service. Oh... And let's talk about the spa. I had a hammam massage and it was the WORST, least relaxing thing ever. The woman kept leaving the door open. Coming in and out. She tried to upsell and charge me more during the massage too. It lasted 40 minutes instead of 60 minutes which I paid for too. When i pointed this out, staff shrugged and walked away!! Overall, do not come here. The only decent thing is the beach and all the resorts nearby have equally nice beaches so it's nothing special. Even outside our room it smelt of sewage. I hope this review will make others realise how bad they are... And hopefully they will resolve my issue since they've been ignoring me because I won't drop this until they pay us back.

The place was not good, unclean, unsafe and unwelcoming. 1- We booked two superior rooms An they replaced The booking with a standard room, when we asked for what we booked M ( The head of the reception) said “either you accept this rooms or you can leave the hotel without any refund!”. 2- When we checked in the room was not clean and the stuff from the old reservation were there. 3- The AC was not working for a couple days. 4- The pool was closed for a couple days. 5- The the wires wear everywhere. For the above reasons.. I don’t recommend a place for anyone.
