The beach is absolutely amazing. It's the best hotel I've ever been to, with top-notch service, friendly staff, delicious food and drinks, well-designed rooms, clean pools, and excellent entertainment. The cocktails are also very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved the resort! The rooms and facilities were extremely clean, the grounds were well-maintained, and the heated pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. The staff were very friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to help. I had an amazing anti-stress massage, and my daughter enjoyed the Indian head massage as well. If you're into snorkeling, you can do it right on the hotel beach with a pier, but if you prefer a sandy beach, you can take a short walk to their sister hotel, Coraya. The resort also has a great animation team for activities. I highly recommend Alaya for a relaxing or action-packed vacation.

We had a fantastic time at the Steigenberger hotel. The service provided by the front desk, dining rooms, and staff was top-notch. The beach for swimming was a bit of a walk but still easily accessible, and you could request a cart if needed. The beach had a diving board, perfect for jumping into the crystal-clear water. Snorkeling to see the coral and fish was just a short distance away. The water in October and November was wonderfully clear, clean, and warm.

The Steigenberger Resort is truly a paradise on Earth where all your wishes come true. The breathtaking view that greets you every morning, the immaculate beauty of the entire complex, and the exceptional room service all made my stay unforgettable. Our houseman Ahmed was incredibly creative and always there when needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Special thanks to Sanya for her delicious bread made with love, passion, and a smile. I highly recommend visiting Mr. Mohamed Ali, the physiotherapist at the fitness center, who miraculously relieved my lower back pain in just two days. Thanks to him, I was able to fully enjoy my stay and he even provided me with a program to follow at home. He is both friendly and professional. For a truly relaxing experience, head to the Mivida SPA where Natalia will assist you in choosing the perfect massage and offer you water or tea. The Egyptian aromatherapy massage took me back in time and left me feeling completely relaxed. I even purchased some essential oils from their own production, all of which are homemade and original. The evening entertainment was fantastic, especially the performance by the Russian twins singing and dancing with Susu, who exudes energy and can get anyone on their feet. While there were a few things we didn't like, such as the lack of interaction from some waiters and the unusual sauces on the steak and salty Tiramisu in the Italian restaurant, overall our experience was outstanding. We hope to see improvements in these areas for our next visit. Despite these minor issues, our time at the resort felt like a fairytale, with one of the best weeks of our lives spent lounging on the beach, listening to the beautiful music, and enjoying the excellent beach service. This beach is definitely the best place I have ever stayed at! It was incredibly relaxing and peaceful. The food was amazing and the service was top-notch. We also loved the entertainment, stunning views, and the snorkeling right off the shore was the best I have ever done. I wish I knew what scent was being diffused throughout so I could buy it. This is an experience I will always remember!
