Lovely beach with plenty of sand bars that are enjoyable to wade out to. It's a great place to spend a few hours. However, there's limited sand for sitting by the shore, as the water starts just a few feet from the edge in most areas.

So glad we found this place! We were looking for a place for the kids to play in the sand and have shallow water, and we found it! It isn’t a wide beach, but long enough to find your own spot. You do need to walk to a little bit. We brought our 4 and 2 year old with us and they did well. Had to carry them a little bit, but the wagon we brought to carry all of our things was perfect (needed to push it close to the water to make it easier) If you walk far enough south on the beach, you’ll find super clear water and can go really far out without going too much higher than your hips. I am not much of a swimmer and can’t remember the last time I wanted to jump in a lake, but at this location I dove right in!

Das ist ein schöner, einfacher Strand, um die Kinder mitzunehmen. Wir waren im August dort, also war es ziemlich warm. Wir waren im Juni dort und es war verrückt kalt.
